Job Position: Technical Content Creator

InnoVyne Technologies is a consulting powerhouse that specializes in Sales Performance Management solutions. Responsibilities

  • Obtain in-depth understanding of software and services to translate complex product information into simplified, polished, and engaged language displayed through content creation
  • Produce, review, and edit content to drive organic media presence on various platforms by the means of webinars, blogs, whitepapers/eBooks, and videos
  • Align all content with company branding style to ensure IV content publications are relevant, appealing and accurately reflective of brand vision
  • Participate in on-going learning, mentorship sessions, and engage in customer discussions to understand industry trends
  • Develop content strategies focusing on brand, user experience, and content distribution while monitoring industry trends
  • Product and Service demonstrations during in-person conferences and webinars

Qualifications & Educational Expectations

  • College/University Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Brand Management, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years industry experience with internal/external publications and editorial projects is an asset
  • 2-4 years of experience with product demonstrations

Preferred Skills

  • General configuration knowledge and practice of implementation cycles is preferred
  • Strong ability to prioritize and effectively participate in multiple project
  • Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Office (i.e..: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compensation practices is an asset
